Founder & President

Umbreen Sheikh is the Founder and President of the Embrowerment Foundation. A biomedical science graduate and entrepreneur, she is also the founder and CEO of Wink Brow Bar and the creator of The Embrowerment Method. Throughout her career, she has combined science, artistry, and education to help people restore confidence through specialized brow and eye zone care.

Inspired by the transformative impact of her work, Umbreen established the Embrowerment Foundation to ensure that financial circumstances never prevent individuals from accessing services that can restore confidence and dignity. Through education, advocacy, and charitable programs, the Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals to look and feel like themselves again.

Secretary

Andlib Mohsin serves as Secretary of the Embrowerment Foundation. She is a practicing Barrister in the United Kingdom, having graduated from King’s College London and completed her Bar training at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Andlib specializes in family law, representing clients in both public and private law proceedings. She also has extensive experience in criminal and immigration law, appearing before the Crown Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal. Her background in trial advocacy, human rights, and complex legal research brings strong governance, integrity, and legal oversight to the Foundation’s mission.

Treasurer

Bringing more than a decade of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance operations, Lillian has supported startups, e-commerce brands, and growing businesses by overseeing financial reporting, cash flow management, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records.

Lillian is committed to financial integrity, transparency, and operational excellence. As Treasurer, she helps ensure the Foundation’s resources are managed responsibly so that every donation has the greatest possible impact on the communities the Foundation serves.
